Symptom narrative

Patient received vaccine 11/4/25 following appointment with doctor in the same facillity. The next morning patient complained of full body joint aching from neck to toes. Later that afternoon she fainted and was unable to get up after regaining consciousness for two hours. She reports feeling chills the entire rest of the day.
