The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date, temperature excursion occurred below 36 F (31.1 F) for 12 hours and 30 minutes. Previous temperature excursion was reported as following: 31.2 F for 19 hours, 20 minutes; 33 F for 1 hour, 50 minutes. On an unknown date, the patient was vaccinated with an improperly storage of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) (lot #Y015599, expiration date: 10-Feb-2027) for prophylaxis (Product storage error). No additional adverse event was reported.
