No additional AE reported; expired dose of PNEUMOVAX23 was inadvertently administered to a patient on 11/17/2025; This spontaneous report was received from a Medical Assistant and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 17-Nov-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Pneumococcal Vaccine, Polyvalent (23-valent) (PNEUMOVAX23) solution for injection (lot #X022827, expiration date: 14-Aug-2025), 0.5 mL (0.5 mL), administered as prophylaxis (Expired product administered). No additional adverse events reported. At the reporting time, the outcome of the event was unknown. The action taken with Pneumococcal Vaccine, Polyvalent (23-valent) (PNEUMOVAX23) was not applicable.
