Symptom narrative

patient that received 2 flu vaccines (Flulaval), one on 02-Dec-2025 and one on 08-Dec-2025; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too short in a 15-month-old male patient who received Flu Seasonal QIV Quebec (FluLaval Quadrivalent 2023-2024 season) (batch number 4D255) for prophylaxis. Concomitant products included INFLUENZA VACCINE INACT SPLIT 4V (FLULAVAL QUADRIVALENT). On 08-DEC-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of FluLaval Quadrivalent 2023-2024 season. On 08-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving FluLaval Quadrivalent 2023-2024 season, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too short (Verbatim: patient that received 2 flu vaccines (Flulaval), one on 02-Dec-2025 and one on 08-Dec-2025). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too short was not applicable.
