experiencing extreme tiredness and cannot keep her eyes open; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP from medical information team. A 53-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), on 05Dec2025 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: FATIGUE (non-serious) with onset 06Dec2025, outcome "unknown", described as "experiencing extreme tiredness and cannot keep her eyes open". Additional information: Caller and callers daughter had the Pfizer COVID vaccine on Friday (05Dec2025) and always the next day on Saturday (6Dec2025) they were always tired and go back to bed for a couple of hours Saturday morning, then they were usually just fine. The information on the batch/lot number for BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) will be requested and submitted if and when received.
