6 days expired vaccine was accidently given to a patient with no reported adverse event; Initial information received on 11-Dec-2025 regarding an unsolicited valid non-serious case received from a other health professional. This case involves an unknown demographics who was accidently given 6 days expired IPV (Vero) [Ipol] vaccine with no reported adverse event. The patient's past medical history, medical treatment(s), vaccination(s) and family history were not provided. On 24-Nov-2025, the patient received a expired dose of suspect IPV (VERO) Suspension for injection (lot W1C751M, expiry date: 18-Nov-2025) (dose, route and administration site: unknown) for prophylactic vaccination (Expired product administered) (latency: same day). No adverse event was reported. Action taken: not applicable.
