Symptom narrative

Hep B was administered on the R deltoid, with immediate swelling/hard lump size 1.4cm x 1.8cm Pt denies pain on inj site, aside from the usual pain during injection. No redness/bleeding/discoloration/bruising

Medical history

HTN, Hx of smoking. CAD w/o angina with Hx of MI, hyperlipidemia, PPD pos, STENT, prediabetes
