Symptom narrative

After administration of vaccines, patient broke out in hives on face. Slight swelling to bilateral eyelids within a few minutes. Very itchy rash to abdomen and back. Patient administered a dose of Benadryl within 30 minutes. Hives were mostly resolved at time of discharge.
