Voice message received to MIR voicemail on15NOV2025 127pm with the following message verbatim: "Yes my name is {REDACTED I'm calling I've learned about a umm adverse event with MMR ummm a week after it was given to a patient to a pediatric patient; This spontaneous report was received from a physician and refers to a(n) infant (reported as: "pediatric" patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, and concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date, the patient was vaccinated with Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II) (formulation, lot #, expiration date, exact dose, route of administration and anatomical location were not provided) for prophylaxis. The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT), (lot # and expiration date were not reported). On an unknown date, the patient experienced fever. At the reporting time, the outcome of fever was unknown. The causal relationship between the reported event, Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II) and sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT) was unknown/not reported/not provided.
