Symptom narrative

Pharmacist placed needle in upper shoulder (near joint), I expressed significant pain and felt nerve pain immediately shoot down arm. Pharmacist proceeded to inject the vaccine material which was very painful (I had never experienced pain with Covid injection before). Following the injection, I experienced increasingly worse pain radiating down arm to fingers and limited mobility in the should due to pain. It's day three and I cannot lift my arm more than a waist high and have constant burning at injection site. No visible swelling or redness is experienced.
