No Additional AE; HCP called to report a 12 month 21 day old received PROQUAD and VARIVAX on the same day at separate injection sites; This spontaneous report was received from a nurse and refers to a 12-month-old male patient. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 21-Nov-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live (PROQUAD) solution for injection (lot #Z009078, expiration date: 15-Nov-2026); and with Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) solution for injection (lot #Z003883, expiration date: 03-Feb-2027) (Overdose), both vaccines were administered at the separate injection sites as prophylaxis. The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent (lot # and expiration date not reported). At the reporting time, the outcome of the events was unknown. The action taken with the suspect therapies was not applicable. No additional adverse events.
