No additional AE; PROQUAD was administered after being involved in a temperature excursion; This spontaneous report was received from a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) 04-Dec-2025 and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 18-Aug-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live (PROQUAD) (lot #Z002989, expiration date: 14-Jul-2026) 1 dosage form, total (1 dose), route, dose, and dose number were unspecified) for Prophylaxis (Product storage error). The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent (MERCK STERILE DILUENT) 1 dosage form, total (lot#, expiration date, route, dose, and dose number were unspecified) for Prophylaxis, administered on the same date. The vaccine was administered after being involved in a temperature excursion. The administered dose of the vaccine experienced a temperature excursion 21.9-degree Fahrenheit; 14-degree Fahrenheit to 46-degree Fahrenheit for 12 hours, 30 minutes; 6-degree Fahrenheit to 14-degree Fahrenheit for 37 hours, 30 minutes with no previous temperature excursion reported.
