Symptom narrative

Patient received her vaccine and did just fine. I gave her sister a shot and then gave her mom a shot and just as I was finishing up with her mom, she fainted. Her mom and I rushed over to her and after a few seconds she came to. Her mom picked her up and held her for about 10 to 15 minutes. I took her temperature which was 98.1 and monitored her. Her skin was pale and clammy and she cried because she was scared. I monitored her for another 5 to 10 minutes and then her mom felt comfortable taking her home. They stayed in the store for a little while then went home.
