Patient received first dose of GARDASIL 9 on 5/1/2025 and her second today 11/26/2025; No additional AE reported; This spontaneous report was received from a Nurse and refers to a female patient of unknown age. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 01-May-2025, the patient was vaccinated with the first dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) (strength, dose, route, anatomical location, lot # and expiration date were not reported) for prophylaxis and on 26-Nov-2025, the patient received the second dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) (strength, dose, route, anatomical location, lot # and expiration date were not reported) for prophylaxis (Inappropriate schedule of product administration). No adverse events reported.
