On an unknown date, the patient received Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced vaccination failure (Verbatim: Suspected vaccination failure) (serious criteria GSK medically significant), shingles (Verbatim: my son got this vaccine and got shingles at 34 because y'all recommended it a vaccine for it) and inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: patient was 34 years old and received a vaccine).
