The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 24-Nov-2024, the patient received an expiry dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant Injection (GARDASIL 9) (lot #1957405, expiration date: 11-Nov-2025) 0.5 mL for prophylaxis (Expired product administered).
