Symptom narrative

Received First Dose of HEPLISAV-B on 10/14/25, and Second Dose of Engerix-B on 11/11/25; Initial report received on 11-Nov-2025. A pharmacist reported that a male received HEPLISAV-B (hepatitis B vaccine) for the first dose of hepatitis B immunization and ENGERIX-B for the second dose of hepatitis B immunization. No medical history or concomitant medications were reported. On 14-Oct-2025, the patient received dose 1 of a hepatitis B vaccine [HEPLISAV-B (lot number 946904, expiration date 17-Oct-2027, and NDC number 43528-003-05; site not provided)] intramuscularly. On 11-Nov-2025, 29 days after receiving HEPLISAV-B, the patient received dose 2 of a hepatitis B vaccine [ENGERIX-B (lot number not provided)]. The patient had no other side effects.
