Symptom narrative

He has had congestion over the past week. That afternoon ~4 pm they noted that he had vomited all over himself when they went to wake him up from his nap. Had several more episodes of NBNB vomiting, ~5 in total, and noted he was more sleepy and limp, prompting them to bring him into the ED.

US intussusception was obtained that demonstrated ~1 cm small bowel small bowel intussusception. No surgical intervention recommended by Surgery
