Approximately six weeks after the January 13, 2021 vaccines he stopped using full sentences?he'd had them at sixteen months?and his muscle tone softened; walking turned wobbly, crawling turned awkward. Hypotonia diagnosed by pediatric neurologist: congenital hypotonia, language disorder, mixed receptive-expressive. Referred for speech therapy, occupational therapy, behavioral therapy?still ongoing at age six and a half. IEP in place. No recovery of pre-shot milestones. No mention of vaccines in any referral notes.
Prematurity (38 weeks), history of neonatal apnea, hypoglycemia, hyperbilirubinemia (peak 11.6 mg/dL).

Bilirubin 11.6 mg/dL on discharge, 7/8/19 (age 5 days) ? prematurity 38 weeks, apnea, hypoglycemia. Hemoglobin 12.3 g/dL on 1/13/21 (same day as four-shot cluster). No other labs ordered; no vaccine-related workup ever performed.
