Symptom narrative

I develped shortness of breath and weakness for a few months prior to August 2021. In August 21 I noticed palpitations and chest heaviness. I went to the emergency department for these complaints.

I had an elevated troponin , a cardiac MRI that was consistent with myocarditis , EKG showed Multifocal PVCs, ECHO showed dialted cardiomyopathy with an ejection fraction of 30%
