Symptom narrative

On Friday December 12th, patient was getting dressed for school and reported to mom that he was not feeling well, Mom went to get Tylenol for him, when she returned she witnessed seizure like activity and called an ambulance. He was taken to hospital where he was admitted at 12:04PM, for observation and was discharged on Saturday December 13th at 11:29 AM.
