Symptom narrative

Pt called 12/16/25 to report: Pt received the vaccine 11/21/25. She had fever 3 days after vaccine, also face, neck, lips and spots in mouth swelled up for 3 days after vaccine. Her body also stopped sweating for 3 weeks after the vaccine and has since gotten better. She had an episode of after drop hypothermia where she ended up in the ER. Her doctor thinks her autonomic nervous system is in dysfunction and also thinks her thermo regulation is off. Patient states she has had difficulty going outside since her body cant regulate temp.
