Symptom narrative

pt also received a flu vaccine in the right arm, however no adverse events occured. She mentioned the immunizer was "forceful" in administering the vaccine which was not as "forceful" on the other arm. She has trouble raising the arm. Started the evening of the immunization. She did not try anything. She says the pain is tender not really sharp or dull. Recommended pt to try ibuprofen or acetaminophen if no allergies along with either a ice or hot pack.
