Symptom narrative

After leaving room provider went in. Few minutes later she came out asking for help as the patient had passed out. Me and another nurse went into the room to help and lay patient down and put her legs up. We tested hemoglobin and glucose by providers request. Then we helped patient once she was feeling better clean up as she had urinated while unconscious. We had patient remain in room for around an hour while we made sure she felt better.
