Symptom narrative

On 12/16/25, patient mentioned to me that he was still having pain in his arm after vaccination on 10/20/25. He was given the MNexspike and Fluzone high dose at the time by a pharmacy technician. I advised him to contact his doctor, as it is possible this was a vaccine-related injury that occured.
