Expired vaccine administered.; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 60-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number NM22D, expiry date 11-DEC-2025) for prophylaxis. On 15-DEC-2025, the patient received Shingrix. On 15-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired vaccine administered.). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 15-DEC-2025 The healthcare professional reported that a patient had received an expired dose of Shingrix and enquired for the guidance on the situation.
