Symptom narrative

Patient experienced facial numbness, a tremor bilaterally, and pain in her left lower arm 5 minutes after administration. After 5 minutes of observation patient noted tongue swelling. Patient sent to ED for further observation and treatment. Patient discharged from ED in stable condition.

Arrhythmia, fibromyalgia, gallstones, hypertension, chronic constipation/diarrhea, hx of GI bleed

Amoxicillin - anaphylaxis, duloxetine nausea, metoclopramide - agitation, adhesive - rash, doxycycline - rash, methylprednisolone - rash, sulfa - rash
