Symptom narrative

Significant swelling of left shoulder, redness, body aches, fever, chills, severe headache (7-8 out of 10 on the pain scale), and most recently a sore throat. Symptoms started the day after the administration and continued through 12/16/25, sore throat started 12/16/25.

I thought some symptoms could be related to an illness. Respiratory viral panel and rapid streptococcal pharyngitis test were negative. Throat culture is still pending
