Cellulitis of upper limb. - Prescribed Keflex 500 mg QID for 7 days. - Advised continuation of Claritin or Zyrtec during the day and Benadryl at night. - Recommended cool packs for swelling/pruritus. - Instructed to monitor for vomiting, fevers, or spreading redness and return if these occur.
