Rash reaction:- Noticed after vaccine administration.- Occurred two days post-vaccination, with some peeling around the lips and sides.- Previous eczema skin problem after vaccine at six months of age.- Itching, with self-scratching.- Received measles, mumps, rubella, and chickenpox vaccines on October 31.
