Symptom narrative

Promptly after receiving the COVID mRNA shot, I had an auto-immune reaction whereby I contracted shingles as a 46 year old and a VAERS report was filed in August 2021 (#625933). I then had another auto-immune issue and related hospitalization in June 2024 for a rare case of optic perineuritis (as diagnosed by a neuroradiologist), which is the subject of this VAERS report. It is impossible to prove the connection, but following consultation with physicians, I personally believe that the optic perineuritis auto-immune issue in June 2024 was caused by the COVID mRNA shots. With the exception of typical hay fever, I have had no auto-immune issues in my 46 years prior to the COVID mRNA shots.
