Symptom narrative

Patient reported having very mild shortness of breath upon mild exertion the day following administration (10/25/25) and continuing very mild numbness in both hands radiating up his arms and through is fingers. He states that this occurs upon waking and he must "shake his hands out" for it to go away for the rest of the day. He reports this is more focused on his right arm while he was vaccinated in his left arm.
