Patient explains that he woke up Monday morning and had limited movement with his left arm. Here in clinic, x-ray and MRI were ordered the following day on Tuesday, as I had just learned of employee's complaints late Monday afternoon. I had asked him to return to clinic the following day on Tuesday, 11.25.26. Once I seen him on 11.25.26, I ordered both x-ray and MRI. I personally scheduled both of these and they were done that same day with results coming to me the following day. The employee had received his results via his Chart and then proceeded to reach out and be seen by an outside Provider (PA-C) and was prescribed Celebrex and Cyclobenzaprine. He declined on any care/treatment at that point from our clinic. As of last week, he informed the company that he was "95% better". He was also seen by ORTHO with my referral. He was seen, no additional treatment, released with no follow up.
