Symptom narrative

Patient stated that they had severe muscle aches, dizziness, nausea and a headache that started 5 hours after administration: They fainted 10 hours after administration and started retching at this time. 3 days after the administration at the site of administration their arm was very red, hot, and itchy. Patient went to her PCP for follow up and to examine her head wound from fainting and was cleared by her PCP.
