Symptom narrative

Patient received the 2nd dose of the Hepatitis B vaccine (Engerix-B) at 8:40am. He denies any immediate adverse effects and denies any adverse effects to previous dose administered on 11/13/2025. He reports onset of neck pain, neck stiffness, and pain with moving his head to the left that began at 9:00am, 20 minutes after administration of the vaccine. Patient reports taking Tylenol 1,000mg and reports that "it didn't really help." He reports that his wife massaged his neck, and "it helped a little," but reports that when he woke up, his neck began to hurt once again.
