Symptom narrative

Pt was given COVID booster on 12/4/25. Has had previous COVID vaccines before without issues. After mom picked her up from school she told mom she did not feel well. As time passed symptoms progressed and she developed sever chest pain and dizziness same day. Had 2 episodes of LOC, one of which resulted in her falling into wall and knocking a picture off the wall. Was seen in ER. Then a few days later developed a severe nosebleed and was seen in separate ER.
