Symptom narrative

-Extreme Fatigue. -Legs tingle sensation and weakness. -Slight coughing up some clear phlegm. -Tightness feeling of head and chest. -Feeling of breathlessness. I have a pulse/oxygen meter. Blood oxygen % is in mid-90's range.

COPD. Arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease

Atorvastatin 20 MG. Men' Multiple Vitamin. Low dose Asprin 81 mg

As of today, December 17, 2025, I had an office visit on December 5, 2025 mainly to report my symptoms. He suggested blood tests. We agreed to wait until January 29, 2026 when I have my annual Medicare Wellness Exam blood tests.
