Symptom narrative

Facial swelling, redness, itching, sneezing, coughing,. Patient given 12.5mg of Benadryl, monitored in clinic for 30 min. Patient swelling, itching resolved, but became very sleepy. Patient sent by private car to ER for monitoring.

Spastic diplegic cerebral palsy; Periventricular leukomalacia; chronic lung disease
