Mother called clinic approximately 40 hours post vaccination to report a reddened area 2.5-3 cm in length noted to outer thigh area of left leg noted yesterday (12/16/2025) am upon patient waking in am. Area not raised or warm to touch. Patient has not had any fever, no red streaking and area is fading in color this am (12/17/25). Mother sent picture to provider PA this am from yesterday for review. Area unlikely to be vaccine related per PA. Patient mother educated via phone and asked to keep watching area until it is gone and to report back with fever or increased redness/swelling with or without streaking.
