Symptom narrative

As per mother her baby developed rash in her neck right away after receiving the first dose of hepatitis B vaccine which spread to her whole body except her back. The rash was not raised. Her baby didn't develop any symptoms such at itchiness, shortness of breath, eye or lip swelling. Her mother has anaphylaxis with food allergens (fish and peanut) and has EpiPen. Today, I saw that baby has wide spread eczema on her forehead, torso (not on her back) and extremities. There are patches of post inflammtory hypopigmentation on her neck.
