Symptom narrative

After a week, lots of pain, couldn't move left arm. Tried heat/ice therapy, nothing worked. took lots of tylenol/ibuprofen, didn't seem to help much. went to the doctor, who gave cortisone injection left arm (3months after the vaccine). helped a little bit. but still couldn't move arm well. returned to clinic. saw built up fluid. doctor removed fluid. gave another cortisone injection. that helped. but still have pain in arm. throbbing at night. still have pain (december 2025).

pt denies hypertension, high cholesterol despite taking meds for it.

OTC: multi-vitamin, fish oil, calcium Rx: Bisoprolol, escitalopram, atorvastatin
