no adverse event; Caller is 30 years old and received PROQUAD; This spontaneous report was received from a 30-year-old female patient who was referring to herself. The blood test showed that her levels of antibodies for measles, mumps, rubella and varicella were low. The patient's medical history and concomitant therapies were not provided. The patient was unsure when/if she received measles (+) mumps (+) rubella (+) varicella (PROQUAD) in the past. On 21-NOV-2025, she was vaccinated with a dose of measles (+) mumps (+) rubella (+) varicella (PROQUAD) (dose, route of administration, anatomical location, lot # and expiration date were not provided) for prophylaxis (on her physician recommendation who advised a "booster" dose). The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent (lot #, expiration date were not provided). The patient was concerned because after she received the suspect vaccine, she saw that it was only indicated in patients up to 12 years old (Product administered to patient of inappropriate age). No adverse events were reported. Lot # is being requested and will be submitted if received.
