The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's past medications were not reported. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. On 30-Oct-2025, the patient was vaccinated with improperly stored rotavirus Vaccine, Live, Oral, Pentavalent Oral solution (RotaTeq) (2.00 mL) (total) (Batch/Lot Number: 2124042) (Expiration date: 20-Jun-2026) via Oral route for prophylaxis (product storage error).
