cellulitis; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer and described the occurrence of cellulitis in a 58-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number ZB7DJ, expiry date DEC-2025) for prophylaxis. Concurrent medical conditions included obesity and thyroiditis. Concomitant products included levothyroxine and tirzepatide (Zepbound). On 01-DEC-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix (intramuscular, left arm) .5 ml. On 03-DEC-2025, 2 days after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced cellulitis (Verbatim: cellulitis). The outcome of the cellulitis was not resolved. It was unknown if the reporter considered the cellulitis to be related to Shingrix. It was unknown if the company considered the cellulitis to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 09-DEC-2025 The patient reported that the first shingles vaccine was well tolerated. The patient was in good health and had never experienced a strong reaction to any other vaccine. The nurse had used an alcohol wipe and applied a new bandage. The patient was clean and wearing clean clothes. The reporter experienced a typical immune response and stated that everything was fine, except for the occurrence of cellulitis.
