An 81-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Pfizer covid vaccine (DOSE 1; SINGLE), for COVID-19 Immunization; Pfizer covid vaccine (DOSE 2; SINGLE), for COVID-19 Immunization; Pfizer covid vaccine (DOSE 3; SINGLE), for COVID-19 Immunization; Pfizer covid vaccine (DOSE 4; SINGLE), for COVID-19 Immunization; Polio shot (DOSE NUMBER UNKNOWN; MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN), for Polio immunization. The following information was reported: PAIN IN EXTREMITY (non-serious), outcome "recovered", described as "arm was sore". Additional information: The patient was calling about the Pfizer vaccine for COVID. The patient had 5 of them, knows probably upgraded since or added something different of something, but does not know if political or not political. The patient was 81 years old and has had 5 shots and no adverse reactions whatsoever except arm was sore for 3 days, which was gone. The patient was hearing all over the TV the past few days and today again that the vaccine was not safe to take, do not take it. The patient wanted to know are they trying to, then stated the patient was not going to say that, refresh that. What are they doing in the government and what was going on here. The patient was only taking Pfizer. Not going to ask questions. Furious about it, not with Pfizer, but with the government. The patient had been living 81 years and never seen such bologna in her life. The patient had seen the MMR vaccine in callers 5 kids, nothing happened, they are 62 to 52 years old. The patient had seen cases of measles. The patient was mad, furious with the government. Because of vaccines, vaccine misinformation. The patient was one of the first to get the small pox shot, corrected the polio shot. The patient was scared. The patient was going to get the booster and flu shot tomorrow which was due in September. Too late now. Does not get around a lot of people. Gets flu and COVID shot and pharmacy only carries Pfizer, caller takes Pfizer. Now skeptical about taking since now saying do not on TV. Basically saying something was very wrong with it, panicking everyone. Ridiculous, wants the truth. Disgusted because of it, was ready to get the shot tomorrow, now come up with this on TV. Woke up in a great mood. No follow-up attempts are possible. Batch/lot number is not provided, and it cannot be obtained.
