Symptom narrative

Swelling, redness, warmth, itching day 1 after injection on left arm; Advised antihistamine, motrin. Patient seen in office next day after vaccine. Pain in left arm by day 1 evening after office visit; Swelling down to wrist by day 2; Provider sent in prescription for Keflex, advised cool compresses, Tylenol, Motrin, and will follow up with patient.
