Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Additional Details: After immunization, patient stood up and walked out of vaccine area into nearby aisle. After approximately 3-5 minutes, patient fainted and fell down on floor (hitting head on shelf). Parents rushed over to her and asked us to call 911. While I talked to 911 operator, patient regained consciousness and started crying, while being held up by father. Patient sat down in chair and we gave her water & food while waiting for EMT. EMT arrived & checked patient vitals and mother asked to take her to ER
