Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Additional Details: Pt called pharmacy 11/30/25, reported to RPH on duty [name withheld] of limited range of motion of left arm/shoulder, lasting for about 5 weeks starting soon after the date of administration. Pain and limited range of motion not going away or improving after 5 weeks, and no progress towards improvement
