Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Additional Details: patient described having pain at injection time then went away and returned with pain at injection area and few day after injection having tingling in fingers and palm of hand and pain in elbow and behind left shoulder and up in the neck area, she stated she was going to see her doctor on 12/2/2025 to get area looked at
