Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Systemic: Exhaustion / Lethargy-Medium, Additional Details: pt stated that they were feeling dizzy yesterday night and woke up feeling the same. The symptoms did not improve and had instructed pt to seek advice from primary care provider for a follow up. pt is able to move around and but not feeling very good when she got up and felt about the same as yesterday. Relayed to pt that she is able to follow up with us if she has any further questions and concerns as well
